Children's Programs
Program time and dates vary, please check calendar below or call the Children's Department at 508-660-6383 for more information.
 
     
  Baby Book Time: For ages up to 2 1/2. It's never too early to read to your baby! Introduce your baby to the fun of words and books with simple stories, play rhymes, and songs. We start promptly at 10:30! Drop-ins welcomed.

Lego Play:  Legos are the original STEAM toy. Come to the Children’s Activity room and let your imagination run wild. Mega Blocks and waffle bricks are available for younger master builders. Drop-ins welcome.

Pajama Storytime: Wear your comfiest pajamas and snuggle down for some sleepy time reading and a craft. This program is open to all. Drop-ins welcomed.

Pajama Yoga for Children:  A yoga and literacy program for children ages 4-7. The class is taught by Kristin Mulligan, a Massachusetts Certified teacher and Children’s Yoga Instructor, and will integrate the physical fun of yoga with the benefits of early literacy concepts, knowledge, and skills. Wear your pj’s and bring a cuddly friend!

Preschool Storytime:  Suitable for ages 3-5. Help your preschooler get ready to read. They'll enjoy stories and build language skills. Children should be able to sit unaccompanied to attended  No registration is required.

Yoga for Children: A yoga and literacy program for children ages 3-5. The class is taught by Kristin Mulligan, a Massachusetts Certified teacher and Children’s Yoga Instructor, and will  integrate the physical fun of yoga with the benefits of early literacy concepts, knowledge, and skills.
