Come and practice Yoga and Mindfulness with us! The suggested age is 3-7 years old, but siblings and children of all ages are welcome. If possible, bring your own mat or towel; otherwise, mats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Yoga W. Katie is generously provided by the Friends of the Walpole Public Library.
